Rummunlyöjänkatu 2, Salo

In 1995, the Moose sculpture by Simo Helenius was unveiled in Sibelius Park. The sculpture was received as a bequest from Sulo Rissanen, who lived in the nearby Mököistenkatu street. The donor ordered a sculpture representing a moose to be placed in Sibelius Park.

Sculptures by Helenius (1942–) can be spotted in the streets of Turku: Curious (1973), Cat-Kallu (1989) and Busy Bookworms (1975). Simo Helenius was a founding member of Arte Association in Turku. He is also a member of the Association of Finnish Sculptors.
