Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and let the calming atmosphere of the archipelago guide you on a gentle journey toward physical and mental wellbeing. Pier yoga at Mathildan Marina is a unique wellness experience that blends nature, stillness, and soft movement in a way that is accessible to everyone—regardless of age or yoga background.
Held in the fresh sea air of the archipelago, the session gently listens to the body and adapts to the level of the group. The practice is done without hurry, with self-compassion and presence in the moment.
Presence and Relaxation
Each session focuses on the rhythm of breathing, body awareness, and calming the mind. Movements can be gently flowing or, if preferred, yin-style — long, restorative stretches done at your own pace. Every class concludes with a soothing final relaxation that leaves participants feeling peaceful and refreshed.
A Nourishing Choice for Group Activities
Pier yoga is a perfect choice for work teams, groups of friends, or as part of rejuvenating retreat. The sessions are always guided privately and tailored to the needs of your group.
Private group yoga sessions are available from July to September on Wednesdays between 12–4 PM. The schedule and content will be adjusted according to your group’s wishes. Other times are available upon request.

Your peaceful yoga journey is led by Katja Toivonen from Hoitola Kukkuvilla. Katja is known for her gentle and mindful approach to guiding yoga.
