After your Pier Yoga session, elevate your practice with a sound bowl relaxation. Through the wooden boards of the pier, you can feel the gentle vibration of the bowls in your body, while the surrounding nature beautifully enhances the resonance of the sound. In this soothing sound bath, the harmonious tones and soft vibrations guide you into deep relaxation. The session will take place outdoors, weather permitting.
