Gentle and serene forest bathing guides you to pause and encounter nature through your senses. Focus on this very moment in the presence of nature. Together we will do visualization, breathing, and sensory exercises. We move calmly in a small area and spend much time stationary to enable deep immersion in nature and a strong sense of presence.

Forest bathing involves quieting down, sensing, and pausing in the presence of nature. Forest bathing is available for groups in Teijo National Park on request. The service can also be provided elsewhere in Southwest Finland. An accessible nature trail can also be selected on request, from another nature destination.
